Check ALL the Equipment, wall, ceiling & floor (I.E. Washer, Dryer, hot water heater, dish washer, all the stove burners and oven, lights, fire alarms, every drawer, cupboard and door (make sure they open and close properly), marks on the wall, any and all damage to walls.. Not to mention if the windows look like the paints been damaged around the windows, water between the double panes and all the screens). Turn that AC & Heat all the way up or down and see if they Really work! Because these are the things they hope you won't notice and will charge you for when you leave. They will close all the blinds to make it darker when you walk through. Close the door while it's dark and see is you can see light coming through around the frame. Then get it as light as possible and really take a hard Look!
